A ribbon cutting occurred October 18 to celebrate the opening of the Nebo Road-Jackson Street roundabout, the largest such roundabout in Delaware County, Indiana. Several American Structurepoint staffers attended the ribbon cutting, as did officials from the City of Muncie, Town of Yorktown, and Delaware County. All three entities shared in 20 percent of the project’s cost while 80 percent of the $1.35 construction costs came from the Delaware–Muncie MPO, administered through INDOT. American Structurepoint began design work in 2013 and continued to work to get the project to bid letting in January 2016. Several disciplines contributed to the project – Road, Traffic, Survey, Architecture + Interiors, Environmental, Land Acquisition, and Construction Solutions. Great work, everyone!
