American Structurepoint is providing multiple services to a major public-private partnership project to build much-needed, high-quality affordable housing in a Columbus, Ohio neighborhood.

We provided civil engineering, land surveying, and road design services to the $45 million Sinclair Apartments project now under construction. Sinclair Apartments consists of 180 units in three, 4-story buildings on the former site of Alrosa Villa, a music venue falling onto hard times. The new apartments will range in size from one to four bedrooms and will serve families earning between 30% and 70% of the area median income.

Our client, NRP Group of Cleveland, joined forces with the Columbus Housing Division, Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, Ohio Financing Agency, and Huntington Community Development Corp, to make the project possible. We are proud to partner with these entities to bring high-quality affordable housing options to the City of Columbus.
