Matt Jennings Receives 2021 AIA Indiana Young Architect Award

Matt Jennings celebrates his AIA Young Architect Award with his wife, Milly, and their twin daughters, Layla and Naiya, after the awards ceremony at the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky

Big congratulations go out to Matt Jennings, AIA, for receiving the 2021 AIA Indiana Tony Costello Young Architect Award. This annual award recognizes a licensed architect age 40 or less achieving exceptional career accomplishments and advancing the architecture profession.

Matt celebrated his fifth anniversary with American Structurepoint in May. Matt has contributed greatly to several of our recent significant projects, including the Lafayette Public Safety Building, Allison Transmission Innovation Center, Loeb Stadium, and the Dean and Barbara White Community Recreation Center in Merrillville. He is also integrally involved in the Architecture + Interior Design Group’s incorporation of virtual reality (VR) into the design process. VR technology allows clients and design team members to experience designs in a fully interactive 3D environment. Congratulations, Matt, on this awesome career achievement!

Matt is the fourth American Structurepoint architect to receive this award; American Structurepoint boasts the most young architect award winners in the state. Brandon Farley, AIA LEED AP BD +C, in 2016, Brandon Hoopingarner, AIA, received the honor in 2017, and Rob Bray, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, in 2018.
