American Structurepoint projects take the top three spots on a list of metro Indianapolis’s largest ongoing construction projects published by the Indianapolis Business Journal! Five other American Structurepoint projects appear in the top 25. The list ranked projects by estimated costs and were ongoing as of March 1, 2021. Read on for the details.

1. I-69 Finish Line – American Structurepoint is providing engineering services for the last leg of converting SR 37 between Johnson County and I-465 to I-69 interstate standards. The project also includes reconstruction and widening of a portion of I-465.
2. Community Justice Campus – American Structurepoint is part of a team providing structural engineering and roadway infrastructure design services for the 50-acre campus.
3. 16 Tech Innovation District – The company has provided roadway, utility infrastructure, civil engineering, and structural engineering services for the innovation district on the northwestern edge of downtown Indianapolis
4. SR 37 Corridor, Hamilton County – Coming in at number 14, this project set to finish in 2023 converts 2 miles of SR 37 to a 4-lane expressway with four-grade-separated interchanges between 126th and 146th Streets. We designed two of the four interchanges and are providing program management for the entire project.
5. I-65 Added Travel Lanes, Boone County – We provided roadway design services for this project ranked 18th on the list.
6. AllPoints Midwest Building 12, Plainfield – Ranked 22nd, we provided civil engineering services for this state-of-the-art 517,220-sft warehouse in the AllPoints Midwest industrial park just west of Ronald Reagan Parkway and the Indianapolis International Airport.
7. Infosys US Education Center, Indianapolis – This project, ranked at number 24, includes several infrastructure projects and a new pedestrian bridge to the education center located at the former Indianapolis International Airport.
8. Mohr Logistics Park Lot 6, Whiteland – We provided civil engineering services for this one million-sft speculative warehouse project ranked at number 25.
