Congratulations to three employees who recently completed leadership programs. Bridge Group Leader Ryan Cummins and Project Development Director Mike Maurovich graduated from the Lasting Leadership program. Lasting Leadership, a year-long program offered by a Carmel, Indiana-based certified professional coach, focuses on developing business leadership skills such as strategic planning, time management, and communication. Session topics are meshed with action plans to produce measurable results after each session.

Project Manager Kaitlyn Currie graduated from the trueU Leadership Fundamentals Program. This program uses a skills-based approach to growing confident and competent leaders by focusing on resolving workplace conflict, communication, strategies for influencing others, coaching for peak performance, driving change, and maximizing team performance.
