American Structurepoint was honored as one of the Healthiest Employers in Indiana at the 2019 Healthiest Employers of Indiana program. Based on six fundamental areas of health programming, the Healthiest Employers organization assessed how our company invests in employees. We took an online assessment that was then evaluated by Healthiest Employer. Specific criteria measured included strategic planning; communication/marketing of wellness initiatives; leadership support; and how we are collecting, reporting, and using data to make changes to the employee population. All of the criteria were calculated into a Healthiest Employers rubric and compared to other companies in each size category. American Structurepoint was placed in the 100-499 employee category this year. The health and wellbeing of our team members is one of our top priorities and we look forward to continuing our efforts to encourage and improve workplace health!
