Conner Brintlinger, director of business development and external affairs, was selected to be a part of the Leadership Columbus Class of 2020. Among a record number of applicants, Conner and 68 other participants will represent the Central Ohio region as the next crop of emerging leaders.
This month, the program will be launched by a two-day retreat, which marks the beginning of the 10-month leadership journey. Conner and his fellow classmates will be immersed in various development and networking opportunities that are crafted to educate, empower, equip, and prepare current and future leaders.
With classmates representing the best of the region’s corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors, in addition to the network of nearly 3,000 Leadership Columbus alumni, Conner is looking forward to capitalizing on relationships.
“It is estimated that there will be another million people in Central Ohio by 2050 and, in part, this program focuses on preparing for that. I hope to use this as an opportunity to grow and build my network for the benefit of my community as well as American Structurepoint,” said Conner.
The highly sought after program is one of the top-five ranked community leadership programs in the country. As such, a rigorous and competitive selection process yielded a top-notch group of young professionals. We are proud that Conner has the opportunity to use this program as a resource, thereby maximizing his leadership capabilities for the greater good of the community.
