Several American Structurepoint disciplines are working to provide hospitality-driven care to seniors in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The $15 million Cearu Medical Resort will offer 60 beds in a 4-story, short-term care tower plus two 20-bed, long-term care houses. We are providing architectural design, interior design, and structural engineering services for the resort-style senior living project believed to be the first of its kind in Tulsa. The medical resort will feature private rooms with private baths and showers similar to a hotel room, while the main tower will feature a resort-style lobby with concierge service. The medical resort’s goal is to provide post-hospital care for patients needing rehabilitation or nursing care before they can return home. A spring 2020 opening is expected.
