American Structurepoint recently achieved the first of what we predict will be many Lone Star State victories. We were selected as part of a 10-member team for a $3.5 million Construction Engineering and Inspection Indefinite Delivery contract for the TxDOT Austin District. SAM Construction Services is the prime provider, and we are one of nine subconsultants. Specifics of our role will be determined once SAM-CS executes a master agreement with TxDOT and a work authorization is issued for a particular project assignment. Most likely, we will provide field inspectors and management support to SAM-CS.
