American Structurepoint is proud to provide multiple services for a proposed $98 million mixed-use project at 96th Street and Allisonville Road in Fishers. The City of Fishers and CRG Residential announced the development to include 380 apartments, 66 townhomes, and 35,000 sft of commercial retail space. Our firm is providing civil engineering, land surveying, traffic engineering, landscape architecture design, and environmental services for the project. There will be a separate Fishers project that includes removing the adjacent “Michigan Left” turn on Allisonville Road and converting the 96th Street and Allisonville Road intersection to a roundabout, which will be designed by another consultant.
