Here’s a reminder that if you are on American Structurepoint’s medical plan, you can be reimbursed for at-home COVID-19 tests! Each Anthem member can get up to eight over-the-counter tests per month. If you purchased a test kit that includes two tests, that counts as two of your eight. Anthem will reimburse up to $12 per test. Any test purchased prior to January 15 is not reimbursable; however, you can use funds from an HSA or FSA. Anthem has not yet determined how they will be reimbursing employees. If you purchased an at-home test, please save your receipts until further notice.

Anyone can request up to four free at-home COVID-19 tests from the federal government by clicking here. Tests should be mailed out within 12 days.
