Our Environmental Service Group is proud to be a part of Fort Wayne’s Promenade Park project receiving an Americas Awards for Excellence from the Urban Land Institute (ULI). American Structurepoint completed environmental studies and permitting for the $20 million Promenade Park, which has become a destination spot along the St. Marys River. The project is one of 12 in the US and Canada receiving the prestigious ULI award. Promenade Park is now competing with projects from Europe and Asia in the 2-21 ULI Global Awards for Excellence. Winners will be announced in October.
