A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked completion of the Parkview Apartments project in Huber Heights, a Dayton-area suburb. American Structurepoint provided land surveying, civil engineering, and construction staking services for the development consisting of 50 multi-family residential buildings designed in the “modern farmhouse” architectural style. The units are built into the rolling hills of a 16-acre property overlooking Carriage Hill Metro Park. Parkview features luxury apartments, townhouses, and carriage homes and includes amenities such as clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and community garden.
