Congratulations are in order for one of our architects! Project Architect Alan Ulrich (Indianapolis Design Center) will be one of 16 individuals joining the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Indiana Chapter Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program Class of 2021-2022. The year-long program seeks to train and nurture the next generation of leaders in architecture. Alan was selected after participating in a statewide application process in which emerging professionals showed examples of career success and community involvement. The curriculum focuses on core professional skills such as entrepreneurship and firm management, working together and collaboration, the art of negotiation, client development, community leadership, industry trends, and developing his future career.
