Senior Project Architect Vanessa Shumate (Indianapolis Design Center) snapped a candid shot of construction progress at Glasswater Creek of Whitestown, a 126-unit independent living and assisted living affordable housing facility in Whitestown, Indiana. Our design provides user-centric, sustainable, and hospitality-driven alternatives to the traditional model of senior living. This project is one of four American Structurepoint senior-care projects scheduled for completion in 2021. Glasswater Creek of Whitestown is our second project for the Community Reinvestment Foundation (CRF). CRF is a nonprofit organization that has purchased, rehabbed, and built over 2,200 affordable apartment units across Indiana and Ohio since 1992.
