Congrats to Project Architect Brianna Wetzel for graduating from the first-ever Leadership Fundamentals Program (LFP) offered by trueU. The six-month training program went virtual due to COVID and used a skills-based approach to growing confident and competent leaders by focusing on the following:

• Communicating for leadership success
• Strategies for influencing others
• Coaching for peak performance
• Driving change
• Maximizing team performance

Brianna was such an excellent student that the program’s leaders asked her to give the class speech during the virtual graduation ceremony! Her speech covered what she learned, how the class impacted her, and what she hoped for her classmates. Awesome job Bri!
