Congratulations are in order for several people receiving recent promotions. Read on for the details.
Hardik Shah – Traffic Group Leader
American Structurepoint has made the strategic decision to create a formal Traffic Group business unit. As group leader, Hardik will be responsible for overall leadership and management of the new group along with the implementation of strategic and geographic growth initiatives. He will be creating and implementing an ambitious regional strategy to increase sales of traffic services in Indiana and Ohio, plus build a traffic engineering presence in our emerging markets in Texas, Florida, and other locations. This promotion recognizes Hardik’s instrumental contribution to growing the size and expertise of our traffic team, which now numbers 12.
Derek Urban – Senior Engineer
After 11 years with the company, Derek continues to be a key person in the Utility Infrastructure Group. Derek will help teach the how and the why behind design decisions and in growing our next wave of talented environmental engineers. With a propensity for making sure things are done right, Derek’s QA/QC role will increase as a senior engineer as well.
Oliver (Ollie) Damschroder – Senior Project Manager
Ollie is now a senior project manager in the Ohio Civil Group. He is an extremely dedicated individual who sets the bar high for client management. He is talented at technical design, constructability, and managing complex multidiscipline projects. Ollie is a great mentor to staff and understands the importance to grow and develop a talented team.
Kaitlyn Bilodeau – Project Manager
Kaitlyn is now a project manager in the Utility Infrastructure Group. Building on her love of hydraulics, Kaitlyn has developed technically in the areas of hydraulic modeling, lift station design, utility relocation, and green infrastructure. Her organization skills and clear communications have allowed her to transition from task management to acting as the project manager on larger and more complex projects.
Justin Olashuk – Project Manager
Justin is now a project manager in the Civil Group. Justin joined our firm in April 2015 and has been involved in many of our industrial projects throughout the state as well as a variety of federal projects across the nation. Justin is a great resource to the entire group and mentor to our staff members.
Karen Saavedra – Project Manager
Karen is now a project manager in the Utility Infrastructure Group. Karen’s thirst for knowledge and attention to detail have served as the foundation of her professional development. Karen serves as the Hendricks County Regional Sewer District Engineer, acting as an extension of our client’s staff conducting new development sanitary sewer plan review, sewer master plans, and coordinating with road and bridge projects.
