We are very pleased to announce that Ben Borcherding and Ryan Cross have been invited into ownership of American Structurepoint.

Ben is a vice president and the leader of our Transportation design practice that includes our Road, Bridge, and Traffic groups. He also provides leadership on many of our largest projects and has built solid relationships with State DOTs, local public agencies, and construction contractor projects. He also provides executive-level leadership to our design center operational effectiveness initiative to help ensure our regional services perform efficiently. Ben is an industry leader in the Transportation market and has helped build the largest design staff of any consultant in Indiana. His leadership is also helping us to become a much broader company by supporting our expansion in to the Texas and Florida markets.

Ryan is being newly promoted to a vice president over our Construction Solutions practice. Ryan started as an entry-level inspector 17 years ago and ultimately become the group leader. He has grown the group to a staff of over 100 professionals, certainly the largest of any firm in the Indiana and Ohio area. Ryan is now responsible for the executive leadership, development, and geographical expansion of the practice. He is driven to create a great working experience for our field staff who provide superior customer service to our clients. His leadership will help propel our growth into the future.
