Crawfish boils are traditionally associated with Louisiana, but our Austin team proved that Texans can boil with the best of them! Ricardo Zamarripa hosted a boil at his home for the Texas staff to kick back, socialize, and enjoy the boil. For those who don’t know, a crawfish boil consists of cooking crawfish, potatoes, mushrooms, smoked sausage, and corn on the cob typically boiled in a 60- to 80-gallon pot over an outdoor flame/grill. Or you can have it catered like the Texas team did! The entire office was able to attend, along with a few family members and friends. Here’s a list of attendees: Ricardo, Fernando Gaytan, April Sandoval, Will Conley, Adam Pfeiffer, Amy Bennett, Heather Sulaica, Tyler Daigle, and Jenna Alchevsky.
