Our architects sure can golf! The Architecture + Interiors Group made a clean sweep of the 16th Annual American Structurepoint Masters Tournament April 22. Scott “McIlroy” Marchisin shot 18 under par to win his first-ever green jacket. That was nine shots better than Matt “Watson” Jennings who shot 9 under par to take second place. Matt also won Rookie of the Year honors. Interestingly, Matt was the only left-handed golfer playing in the final round. Steve “Palmer” Hanscom shot 6 under par to come in third. Each winner could choose to receive a gift card from either Dick’s Sporting Goods or Golf Galaxy. Scott received a $100 gift card for first place, Matt won a $75 gift card for second place and a $25 gift card for the best rookie, and Steve garnered a $50 gift card. Way to putt and chip, everyone!
