It is our pleasure to announce three promotions in Road Group. Read on for the details.

Rich Zielinski, PE, has been promoted to regional project development director and team leader. Rich has developed a unique ability to lead, manage, and coordinate resources seamlessly between offices and still maintain high productivity. In addition to his responsibilities in leading the roadway design staff in our Highland and Fort Wayne offices, we are promoting Rich to lead and manage the roadway design staff that we will soon be hiring in our Tampa, Florida office. He will be responsible for ensuring that the Florida office staff are fully utilized and provided with work from other locations and also support Florida proposals.

Scott Crites, PE, has been promoted to project development director based at our Fort Wayne office. Scott has developed excellent relations with the INDOT Fort Wayne District; Allen, Steuben and LaGrange counties; and the cities of Fort Wayne, Elkhart, Goshen, and Warsaw. He excels at selling and managing all types of transportation design services and projects. We look forward to continued growth in northeast Indiana under Scott’s leadership.

Eric Wolverton, PE, has been promoted to project development director based in our Highland office. Eric has proven himself to be very successful in managing multiple projects simultaneously while also making significant contributions to business development with local clients in the region. His leadership has contributed to steady growth with the INDOT LaPorte District and the cities of Hammond, Gary, Portage, and Crown Point. We look forward to continued growth in northwest Indiana under Eric’s leadership.
