Here’s your chance to thank a fellow co-worker for going the extra mile. The HR Group is excited to announce the launch of Round of Applause, American Structurepoint’s first official employee recognition program! All you have to do is send an email to [email protected] and provide details about who, when, and how someone went above and beyond. Check out the example below that showcases what should be included.
The HR Group emphasizes that employees at all levels in all departments can submit recognition for a fellow colleague showing initiative and doing that extra something to help make a project come together or to complete a challenging task. Round of Applause recipients will choose from a selection of $10 gift cards. And, the To The Point Blog will highlight some of these recipients periodically in print. Submit someone today! If you have questions, contact Meagan Perratore.

Yes: I would like to send a round of applause to Suzie Structurepoint. When our client deadline was pushed up by two weeks, she volunteered to take over a piece of the project that was not originally assigned to her to help another team member who was already overloaded. She came in early and stayed late to make sure everything was completed on time. Even though this was a stressful time, she kept a positive attitude toward her teammates and our clients. I really appreciated her help!
