We are pleased to announce the promotion of Karen Gillmore to graphic design manager. She will be in charge of leading the graphic design team to produce the creative output of the company. In Karen’s 19 years with our company, she has designed over 500 proposals with more than 150 of those turning into wins, such as Ronald Reagan Parkway, 16 Tech, Riverview Health, Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center Expansion, and countless INDOT proposals.

Karen’s eye for detail and creative talents have given our materials the edge and polish they need to stay competitive and go head to head with any national firm! She is not only instrumental on proposal design, she puts the “sizzle” in marketing initiatives, such as newsletters, project websites, photography, videos, trade shows, brochures, marketing packets, presentations, flyers, direct mail pieces, and much more! She is great at taking content and adding graphics to tell a story and make it more inviting to the reader. Karen is also influential every year in helping pull off a stellar company briefing that provides employees the state of the union about how the company is doing and where we are going.
