American Structurepoint has formalized our Professional Exam Reimbursement Policy. The policy and form can be found on the intranet under Human Resources > Operational Memos > Professional Exam Reimbursement Policy and Request Form. Three highlights of the policy include:

• Completing a request form for exam registration and any preparation materials, (books, licensing fees, etc.) so the company knows estimated costs ahead of time.
• American Structurepoint will reimburse sitting for a first exam. We will only reimburse any second or subsequent sittings for the one that an employee passes.
• American Structurepoint will reimburse preparatory materials (courses, books, etc.) up to a maximum amount one time. We will not reimburse preparatory materials each time the same type exam is taken.
