Million Meal Marathon
Join your coworkers and thousands of other volunteers along with Indianapolis Colts players and cheerleaders to pack one million meals in one day! All of the meals will go to food pantries across the state of Indiana. Our shift this year is Tuesday, October 10, at Lucas Oil Stadium from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Family members older than 10 are also welcome. We’ve pledged to bring 50 volunteers, so be sure to sign up here so we know you’re coming! \\IndySANP\Depts\Community Service\Community\_Sign-up Sheets\_Volunteer List 2017.xlsx (Make sure you’re on the Million Meals tab.)
Pickled Pedaler Outing
It’s almost time to start thinking about the 2017 Holiday Raffle fundraiser for the GiveBack program, but first, we need to recognize some prizewinners from 2016. The motley crew pictured above all won a Pickled Pedaler outing with David Mohler and Kent Moore, and they cashed in on their winnings on a beautiful September day. Congratulations to Bri Hope, Charlie Prigge, Anitra Lewis, Marietta Griffith, Michele Collins, and their “plus ones!” (Want to do cool stuff with a VP next year – or win other fabulous prizes? Keep watching for information about this year’s Holiday Raffle, to be held on Friday, December 8!)
GiveBack Annual Meeting – RESCHEDULED
We had to change the date for the GiveBack Annual Meeting due to schedule conflicts, so please update your calendars. And if you missed signing up the first time, it’s not too late!!
Have an idea for something you’d like to see funded but unsure how the GiveBack program works? New to the company and not even sure what the GiveBack program is? Wondering about upcoming volunteer opportunities? Hoping there will one day be an appropriate time to dress up like an elf at work? We have answers to all of these and more! Sign up \\IndySANP\Depts\Community Service\Community\_Sign-up Sheets\_Volunteer List 2017.xlsx (make sure you’re on the Annual Meeting tab) to attend our annual meeting on October 26 at noon in the Grandview suite. The GiveBack team is seeking suggestions for programs to support during the upcoming holiday season (and beyond), updating our list of “go-to” volunteers for service projects as well as for in-house support (e.g., posting flyers, designing graphics, etc.) and answering any other questions you may have about community service at American Structurepoint. Lunch will be provided for everyone who signs up in advance.
