Once again, American Structurepoint is partnering with Community Employer Health for the annual wellness screenings.  If you and your spouse are enrolled or plan to enroll in the medical plan for 2018, you must complete a screening to take advantage of the wellness incentive credits.  Community will be onsite the week of October 16^th in Indianapolis, Highland, Evansville, Fort Wayne, and Columbus.  Please watch your email for the link to schedule an appointment and information for those in remote locations.
