Congratulations to Alen Fetahagic and Will Lyon on their promotions to the position of principal within our firm. In this role, Alen will be responsible for growing the breadth of private services, and Will responsible for growing the breadth of public services, and both for generating profitable revenue for all of our business lines. As principals, they will be responsible for building and managing executive-level relationships with existing and prospective clients in order to create, develop, and close new projects.

Client account management is a key role as we look toward our company’s 2X net revenue goal.  Will and Alen will be responsible for serving as the principal-in-charge and being responsible for all projects within a particular client’s book of business.  Other client-related responsibilities include working closely with the group leaders, team leaders, and project managers to ensure project success through project “roadblock” resolution, oversight of scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and to monitor client relations.
