The deadline of  May 9 is approaching to sign up for a mid-year wellness screening. Any new hire or those new to American Structurepoint’s medical plan (employee and spouses) must participate in order to continue their wellness incentive credits or anyone wanting to improve their score can participate. The screenings are only for those enrolled in our medical plan. Please go to www.workforcehealth.com and enter passcode RESCREEN2017 to schedule an onsite screening at the Indianapolis or Columbus locations.  For all others, please contact Liza Trant for a physician’s packet.
