Construction of the Nebo-Jackson roundabout was completed on time on Friday, September 15 despite multiple delays. The $1.35 million project should help boost economic development in the area as well as alleviating traffic issues. Eighty percent of the project was covered by federal funds, with the remaining twenty percent being divided between Delaware County, the City of Muncie, and the Town of Yorktown.
