On May 14 in Las Vegas Nevada, American Structurepoint presented to GuideOne Insurance Commercial team regarding, “When to Hire an Expert”.  Eleven insurance professionals from across the country that handle claims in the Midwest participated.  The one-hour presentation—designed by the Investigative Group and presented by Darwin Acord—assisted these adjusters in their decision-making process when handling insurance claim issues that involve needing expert engineering analysis.  The presentation provided different examples of engineering analysis for different types of claim situations the insurance group could or have faced.  A shared dinner at the Stack Restaurant located in the Mirage Resort with the group and Syndicate Claims Service of Indianapolis was the start of a lasting relationship with this group of insurance professionals.
