First comes the infrastructure and innovation buildings, next comes the parking structure at 16 Tech. A June 23 groundbreaking ceremony marked the beginning of the construction of a parking structure for which we are providing architectural, civil engineering, land surveying, and structural engineering services. The 5-level parking structure will provide approximately 650 parking spaces for several current and future developments within the 60-acre innovation district in Indianapolis. The overall design accommodates the possibility of a future expansion to increase total capacity to approximately 975 parking spaces. Completion is scheduled for spring 2022.
