Schoeck Shares Post-Pandemic Design Tips Virtually

Healthcare Practice Leader Rob Schoeck shared design tips and insights dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic via a virtual presentation hosted by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

The presentation entitled “Rethinking Healthcare Facility Design Post Pandemic” was part of the ACHE Congress on Healthcare Leadership online event that attracted a worldwide audience. Schoeck and three other speakers spoke about the need for flexible and adaptable spaces in a post-pandemic world. Modern Healthcare.com and the Times of News published articles about the event and quoted Rob about the need for installing negative-pressure areas in hospitals and modular headwall rails in patient rooms.

Schoeck says he was excited to share tips and tactics that he and his team developed shortly after the pandemic began in March 2020. “Getting the word out provides solutions that facilities can use to provide the best patient care and staff safety,” Rob said.
