Another affordable housing community for seniors is coming to Central Indiana, this time in Anderson, thanks to the architecture, interior design, and civil engineering services provided by American Structurepoint. The $30 million Sweet Galilee at the Wigwam draws upon design elements from the adjacent historic Anderson High School and the former Wigwam Gymnasium, one of the most well-known high school gyms in Indiana. The facility will offer 130 units and amenities such as a community room, fitness center, movie theater, activity-based destinations, and multiple dining options. Completion is slated for fall 2021.
