We celebrated with the Town of Rockville during an October 1 ribbon-cutting ceremony marking completion of the Howard Avenue project after 18 months of construction. Full pavement replacement, added bike lanes, new storm-water-sanitary, and new sidewalks and decorative street lighting were all part of the $4.9 million project. According to WTHI-TV 10, local residents are thrilled with the changes. They are especially satisfied with the timely and responsive execution from project leaders.
