Our Eagledale Senior Apartments project garnered another award, this time from the AIA Indianapolis Design Excellence Awards. We received a Citation Award for Historic Preservation for our architecture design work. With Eagledale, our team designed an adaptive reuse, renovation and expansion of the historic Flackville School 100 building in Indianapolis into a beautiful new senior apartment complex with 65 total units. In 2017, the project also won a Merit Award in the Indy Chamber’s Monumental Awards for Innovative Reuse.
