Ivy Tech Kokomo Groundbreaking

American Structurepoint is playing a huge role in the $43 million transformation of the Ivy Tech Kokomo campus now underway. We are providing architecture, programming, master planning, structural engineering, civil engineering, and land surveying services for the project that broke ground on August 23. The goal is to bring the current assortment of scattered buildings and programs together in a cohesive, walkable campus that creates a sense of identity and a pride of place for the first time in this campus’ 50-year history. We are designing a 41,000-sft addition for the School of Health Sciences and School of Nursing, as well as designing building renovations to accommodate Ivy Tech Kokomo’s growing advanced manufacturing, informatics, automobile technology, and agriculture sciences programs. Existing infrastructure also will be upgraded to include lots of greenspace, walkways, sidewalks, and a student commons area. Construction will be completed in about two years. Check out this awesome video we created that depicts the future of Ivy Tech Kokomo!
