Sign up for flu shots
Flu season is right around the corner, so get prepared by attending the flu shot clinic on Tuesday, September 11 at headquarters. The clinic will run from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. ANYONE WITH A VALID INSURANCE CARD CAN GET A FLU SHOT – you don’t have to be an American Structurepoint insurance participant. Be sure to bring your insurance card and photo ID so that insurance will be billed properly. Slots are still available, so sign up via the intranet.
Wellness screenings ahead
Wellness screenings are scheduled for October for our 2019 insurance plan year. We are partnering with Community Employer Health for our annual wellness screenings. Any employee and spouse on the medical plan (or who plans to enroll during open enrollment) needs to complete the biometric screenings and HRA (health risk assessment) to receive the wellness incentive credits for the 2019 plan year. Keep an eye out for an email on how to book an appointment and more information for those in remote locations.

- Fort Wayne – September 27 (11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
- Indianapolis – October 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 (7 a.m. to 11 a.m. all days)
- Highland – October 16 (8 a.m. to 11 a.m.)
- Columbus – October 17, 18 (8 a.m. to 11 a.m.)
- Evansville – October 18 (8 a.m. to 11 a.m.)
- Austin – October 18 (9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.)
- Fort Wayne – September 27 (11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
