Big Wins Continue for Architecture and Other Groups

Knowledge Services isn’t the only big American Structurepoint win. Read on for an overview of three wins that are giving multiple groups the opportunity to show off our wide skill set in designing innovative senior care and hospital facilities.

  • Noblesville Senior Living Project – After winning over both a new developer and a new operator with our portfolio of previous senior care work and our palette of current design work, American Structurepoint won architecture, interior design, structural, and civil services for a new state-of-the art, multi-story 120-bed assisted living and memory care facility. It will be located adjacent to the Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church near Little Chicago Road in Noblesville.
  • Bethesda North Hospital Laboratory Renovation, Montgomery, Ohio – This project for the TriHealth healthcare system of Cincinnati is a $2 million, 10,000-sft renovation of an existing laboratory space. American Structurepoint, in association with W5 Design and KLH Engineers MEP design firm, are providing design services for a five-phase renovation consolidating four laboratories into one facility. Schematic design is already completed by our design team, and we are now doing construction documentation. Construction will begin by the end of April and will be finalized by November 2018.
  • Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital, Dayton, Ohio – American Structurepoint is providing architecture, interior design, and civil engineering services for a $2 million, 3,500-sft addition to the OVSH surgical suite. The new addition will house two new 600-sft of orthopedic operating rooms and provide future space for a 1,000-sft hybrid operating room.
