Civil Group Announces Three Promotions

Three promotions have occurred within the Civil Group. Ross Nixon is now a Civil Group Leader.  Brittany Heidenreich and Michael Watts are being promoted to team leaders and will report to Ross. With Alen Fetahagic recent promotion focused on business development and client relations, this restructuring will provide growth opportunities for the Civil staff and will better position us to continue growing our Civil revenue.

Ross is a 2004 graduate of Purdue University. He joined American Structurepoint as a project engineer in 2010. Ross previously was promoted to project manager and Civil National team leader during his tenure here. Ross’s even-keeled personality and attention to technical detail make him the ideal fit for running the operations of the civil department.

Brittany is a 2010 graduate of Purdue University. She first joined American Structurepoint as an intern in 2007, returned for intern stints in 2008, 2009, and 2010, and joined us full-time in January 2011. She is a well-respected and talented project manager who has led a variety of civil/site projects. Brittany’s project highlights include serving as the prime civil engineer on our work at the IU Health Regional Academic Health Campus in Bloomington and the reuse of the GM Stamping Plant in Indianapolis.

Michael is a 2007 graduate of Clemson University who joined American Structurepoint in 2015 as a project manager. Michael has great people skills that allow him to connect with both clients and staff quickly and easily. He is experienced in site development, roadway design, airfield design, project management, construction management, and construction inspection. Michael has been serving as the lead engineer on all Civil federal projects across the country and is involved in some of our larger mixed-use development projects in Speedway and Evansville. Ross, Brittany, and Michael will be great leaders as we continue to grow at American Structurepoint. Please offer your congratulations to them the next time you see them.
