Plant-Based Eating Challenge
Put your new plant-based eating knowledge to the test by participating in the WellRight Eat Plants Challenge from May 9 through June 7. The challenge invites you to abstain from eating meat for 15 out of 30 days. Track “yes” each day you don’t eat any servings of meat. Eating too much red meat is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and certain types of cancer. You can sign up to participate in the challenge via the WellRight website.
May Is Mental Health Awareness
