Highland Employees Deliver Holiday Cheer

Highland design center employees spread holiday cheer to clients of the Fair Haven Rape Crisis Center by providing gifts for 20 children ages 2 to 18 years old. The center, located down the street from our design center, serves those affected by sexual assault and human trafficking in Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties. Highland employees delivered the gifts unwrapped in festive-looking bags; the center has found the wrapping process is an empowering activity for its clients. Project Manager Gina Sessions, who spearheaded the gift-giving spree, says the annual event is a true highlight. “The Highland Design Center Road Group and Construction Solutions Group look forward to shopping for this event every year,” Gina says. “Shopping for others and decorating our Christmas tree fills the office with humility and joy.” Way to go, Highland employees!
