We had so much fun celebrating the opening of the new Janus Developmental Services sidewalk leading to the Midland Trace Trail in Noblesville last month. American Structurepoint’s Civil Group provided the design for sidewalk and Mike Hoopingarner created the front-end bid specifications and handled the public bidding process.
