Celebrating July’s Big Wins

We continue to celebrate big wins. Here’s a recap about July’s major wins

  • Avery Road and Rings Road/Cara Road Intersection Improvement – American Structurepoint will first provide preliminary design and cost estimates for two intersection options for the City of Dublin – signalized and roundabout. City officials will choose one of the options, and our engineering staff will proceed to final right-of-way and design work.
  • US 20 Complete Streets – We were chosen to provide preliminary and construction engineering services for a complete streets project along portions of US 20 and Lake Street in Gary, Indiana. The project will revitalize the US 20 corridor adjacent to the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District’s Double Track project that will provide quicker transportation between Northwest Indiana and Chicago. The US 20 project includes improved sidewalks, a new underground stormwater detention, decorative lighting, new intersection signage, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and pedestrian refuge islands.
  • On-Call Construction Inspection Services, Seymour District: American Structurepoint will provide on-call construction inspection services for up to 20 assignments during a four-year period in INDOT’s Seymour District. We have seen a good run of success in winning on-call assignments in the Seymour District by maintaining long-standing relationships and building new ones in southeast and south central Indiana. Our team strives to deliver top-notch service while providing exceptional communication to and with key stakeholders.
  • Minot AFB Building 121: American Structurepoint will provide the architecture, interior design, civil engineering, and structural engineering with our design-build partner CMS. The project involves a complete interior renovation as well as the civil/site upgrades of a secure communications building at Minot Air Force Base in Minot, North Dakota.
