Employees Advise Purdue Civil Engineering Students

American Structurepoint Civil Engineering employees stepped up to guide a group of graduating Purdue University students through a civil engineering design project. The main objective of the Purdue CE 498 Senior Design Course involved providing heavy vehicular traffic access to the new 200-acre Purdue Aerospace District west of the Kankakee, Beaverville, and Southern Railroad bridge on Newman Road in West Lafayette, Indiana. Will Lyon, Mike Maurovich, Robert Anderson, and Wing Lau addressed students and provided guidance throughout the duration of the project. A big thanks goes to these engineers who mentored the engineering seniors on how to design a real-world project!
