American Structurepoint is providing architecture, interior design, and structural engineering services for a Plainfield affordable assisted living community that hosted a groundbreaking on September 25. Glasswater Creek is a 4-story, 104,000-sft facility with 131 private studio and one-bedroom apartments at the intersection of US 40 and Ronald Reagan Parkway. The assisted living facility will include several hospitality-driven amenities such as a centralized concierge desk, restaurant-style dining, an internet café/bistro, social gathering areas, and activity-based destinations. Glasswater Creek is expected to open by the fall of 2019.
