Work is progressing well on the $30 million Embassy Suites and attached conference center near Exit 201 in Noblesville. Our architects have designed a 6-story hotel that consists of 198 suites and an attached 25,000 conference center that can accommodate up to 2,000 attendees. The contractor has progressed methodically through the room levels of the project since the structural steel and precast were completed and is getting ready to turn the second and third floors over to finishers for wallcoverings, flooring, and paint. Meanwhile, the exterior finish of the tower is starting to come to life. In the coming months, exterior finishes will continue to be installed to fully clad the building and turn on the heat for finishing the interiors. First-floor spaces will take shape with the main lobby, restaurant, and meeting spaces looking more defined. The owner is looking to finish up the project in Q1 2018. Fun fact – between the Embassy Suites project and Riverview Health Westfield Hospital project, American Structurepoint has designed the two tallest building in Hamilton County.
