On Wednesday, January 18, after officials from the City of Westfield and employees from American Structurepoint, CMTA-Consulting Engineers, and Summit Construction left their signatures on its surface, the final beam was placed atop the new building of Riverview Health Westfield.
American Structurepoint architects are working closely with Riverview Health to expand their services in Hamilton County, making a positive impact in the future of healthcare for the area. The new facility will offer patients an emergency department, primary and specialty physician services, laboratory services and imaging, an ambulatory surgical center, physical therapy and rehab services, occupational therapy, and an outpatient pharmacy. The final beam placement marked promising progress in the construction of the healthcare provider’s new $35 million, 108,000-sft hospital. It is estimated the project will be completed in late fall 2017 with a soft opening, and the entire facility will open in early spring 2018.
