American Structurepoint Makes Headlines

American Structurepoint projects and people landed in the news media and on the web 8 times in October. Three separate media outlets published updates about plans to transform SR 37 from a congested highway into a free-flowing parkway with roundabout interchanges from 126th to 146th streets in Hamilton County. American Structurepoint is the project design manager providing technical leadership and oversight for the entire project design and to each project design subgroup. The Current in Noblesville quoted Project Manager Eric Farny about traffic management techniques while the Indianapolis Business Journal and WXIN Fox 59 News updated that construction may begin in 2019.

  • The Dayton Business Journal and trade publication Multi-Housing News wrote articles about a $24 million luxury apartment community in the Dayton metropolitan area for which we provided survey, environmental, and civil engineering services. The 231-unit Waterford at Surgarcreek complex should start renting units in May 2017.
  • The Columbus Republic continued its coverage of our work on a railroad traffic study for Columbus, Indiana, publishing 2 more articles updating its readers.
  • The Chesterton Tribune reported that construction could begin sometime next year on Phase 2 of the Westchester-Liberty Trail. We completed preliminary construction engineering for the 1.5-mile multi-use trail.
  • Inside Indiana Business published an article about an Indiana University Health medical office building under construction at 146th Street and Hazel Dell Parkway in Noblesville, Indiana, for which we are the architectural engineering team.
