Over the past three years, Lindsay has been key in the development and management of our service desk. Lindsay’s professional attitude and leadership through example was one of the primary ingredients that increased our customer satisfaction from 97 to 99 percent%. Lindsay’s other notable accomplishments include deployment of a new licensing management solution that gives our organization better insight into how much software we are utilizing per user and the new digital signage technology that we enjoy outside of our conference rooms.
