American Structurepoint’s planning team is hard at work leading the City of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, in creating a Lawrenceburg Riverfront Master Plan. The master plan will focus on the riverfront area between Tanners Creek on the west to the Hollywood Casino to the east. The plan will provide recommendations and implementation strategies to guide future investment along the riverfront and within the surrounding neighborhoods. Through brainstorming sessions, visioning workshops, and public input, American Structurepoint and Lawrenceburg community leaders will create a plan that reflects the community’s values and future vision for the riverfront. American Structurepoint also is leading communications about the master plan process and assisting in creating a website that will inform the public about the planning process.
